Welcome to our website !
Hello everyone! (My greetings are so lame I know right)

So, I just can't believe how it's already the last day of July. It feels like time passed in one day since March. Anyone feeling the same?

I'm totally NOT  a summer person. I can't stand the heat, sweat, working while everyone else is at the beach enjoying their day, swimming, eating ice cream, sunbathing...
Okay enough. I'm getting jealous.

So, this post is about my favourites of the month of July, 2018.
Haven't done much shopping this month, I was mostly at work or at home sleeping and chilling.. Also, at the first weekend of July I went at St. Ioannis, a resort town in Pelion Mountain (the weather was bad though), and last weekend I went at my cottage house in Kalamos, Pelion. I'm afraid that those two weekends will be my only vacation this year lol.

So, let's start with my favourites, shall we?

So first of all we have this awesome summery eyeshadow pallete by Dust & Cream Cosmetics!
It's from the makeup line "Dust & Cream: Through the Prism". I love the four colours on the left of the pallete, especially the sandy brown and the salmon one!
I do not wear the blue colours though, I do not believe that blue eyeshadows compliment my eyes. I'm going with a natural eye make up most of the times.
If you want to get the "Dust & Cream: Through the Prism" eyeshadow pallete you can visit the officially Dust&Cream Online Store.

Next on make up is this wonderful kissproof liquid lipstick, accompanied by this lipliner of about the same colour by Golden Rose. This lipstick is like a tattoo. I can wear it all day, eat, drink ect and when I'm back home I'll still have lipstick on my lips. Golden Rose has the best kissproof lipsticks so far I believe. I have like 3 of the kissproof line.
This colour is the No 17 and you can find it online at the Londessa S.A website , and the lipliner pencil is the No 523 and you can also find it at the Londessa S.A.

Moving on I have a book that keeps my sanity in normal levels. For real.
I'm a huge bookwork, and I usually read fiction books, until this spiritual book arrived in my hands.
It's by Rebecca Campbell, and it's the "Light is the New Black", and as Rebecca says, it's a  is a guidebook for a new breed of women who are here to be bright lights in the world - modern-day lightworks who agreed to be here at this time in history. In order to thrive in this new age, everything we do must. Be an authentic expression of who we truly are. You can order it online at Rebecca's officially website or you can find it at your local bookstore.

Last item I have to show you is this fitness tracker. It's the Xiaomi Mi Band 2.
I ordered it on May, got it 4 days later, and I haven't removed it from my wrist since then (only when I shower and charge it). It's really cheap compared to other fitness trackers and bands with the same features. Also, it's life battery lasts about 10 days, depending on the usage of course (It can last up to 20days max). Also, it's measurements are really accurate and I recommend into wearing it on the opposite hand of the one you use to write ect. Last, it's a Star product at the official XiaoMi Website. You can learn more about it at the official Xiaomi Website .

Now, for the non-material things, I have few more favourites to tell you...

First of all, it's the GIRL BOSS Spotify playlist that I made and I listen to it every single morning when I wake up for motivation:

Also a TV series that I watched a lot in July is Criminal Minds Season 10 on FOX. I think I'm in love with Spencer Reid ♥

JUST. LOOK. AT. HIM.

So that was it! I hope you enjoyed my favourites of the month of July! 1 month left and then autumn startes finally (and my birthday month too ;) )
I'd love to hear about your favourites of July at the comments!

Until next time,
xoxo Foteini

DISCLAIMER:
I'm not aiming for weight loss. I just want to find ways to force myself eat, and for me personally, I feel in more control when I have a plan to follow. I'm not supporting eating disorders or fancy them, and this post is for informative reasons. I do not recommend to anyone to try this diet without a doctor consult.

Hello everyone!

So, since my ED is growing again, I try to find ways to eat. I've always been a fan of diets, I've tried almost everything since I was like 14 years old. 10 years of testing diets.
So, lately I have a really upset stomach, and I try to eat more (I eat less than 1000kcal every day, and it's not intensional - my stomach and bowel is in a terrible state because of stress) so I saw this diet online and many people tried it out successfully in Youtube, so I decided to give it a go!

So the military diet, according to it's official website that you can find HERE, it's a diet in which the food combinations are designed to burn fat, kick start your metabolism and lose weight fast without supplements or pills. The diet is a combination of low calorie, chemically compatible foods designed to work together and jump start weight loss.

So the diet is devided in two sections, when you are ON the military diet (3 days of the plan) and when you are OFF the military diet (4 days when you calorie restrict your intake in 1500kcal per day, while eating the recommended foods on the website). I decided to try out only the ON section.

Note: In case of intollerance/vegan ect, the website has a blog post about substitutes for every meal.

The foods of the Military Diet are:
Sourse: Workoutplanstoday.com

So I weighted myself the morning before Day 1 breakfast and I was 52kg. (My height is 159cm in case you are wondering, I'm on normal BMI.). Also, I'm lactose intollerant.

And my DAY 1 meals were:

  • For breakfast I had a cup of black coffee, half a grapefruit, a slice of German type multi grain bread, and 2 tbsp of smooth peanut butter.
  • My lunch was a tuna fish (oven backed), half sliceof the same bread I had for breakfast, and a cup of green tea.
  • As for dinner, I had a cup of green beans, a small granny smith apple, half a banana, and a scoop of vegan ice cream. I didn't eat meat because I forgot to buy.

My DAY 2 meals:

  •  Breakfast, a boiled egg, a slice of multigran bread, half a banana, and a cup of black coffee (those things inside the cup are ice cubes, I wanted it to cool quicky because I was running late for work)
  •  Lunch, 5 saltine crackers (with lentil flour, gluten free), a hard boiled egg, and a glass of almond milk.
  •  And dinner, 2 hot dogs (gluten free), a cup of broccoli, half cup of raw carrots, half banana, and 1 scoop of vegan ice cream.

Last but not least, my DAY 3 meals:

  •  For breakfast, a cup of black coffee, a cup of almond milk, 5 lentil flour/gluten free saltine crackers and a small granny smith apple.
  •  Lunch, I had a no oil pan fried egg on a slice of multi grain bread
  •  And for dinner I has a cup of tuna canned in brine, with 1 scoop of vegan ice cream and half banana (added some cinnamon for taste)

So, that was it!
Thefollowing morning after DAY 3, I weighted in. I was 50.5kg, so I lost 1.5kg in two days.
Also, I wasn't hungry at all, since I'm used in eating less than 1000kcal each day, so this diet was making me full every day. Dinner was actually too much for me each day, especially on Day 3, plain tuna without olive oil or lettuce is just so boring as food. Also I drank about 2 lt or more every single day, and I had no exercise because of my busy schedule.
In addition, after 2 days I gained back weight and now I'm 51,7kg. No regrets though, I ate well and I had no nausea.

Have you ever heard or tried the Military Diet? What do you thing of this diet plan? I'd love to hear your comments!

Until next time,
xoxo Foteini

(GB/US) Hello! I was always a huge fan of long hair, but even though I take care of them, trim the split ends, try not to dye them too often, use vitamins, they just don't get longer from chest lenght. Today I made hard decision to cut them short. The last time I did that at February 2016, when I cut my hair shoulder short and dyied them black. I just wanted to cry, it was the biggest mistake I did on my hair. I looked like a zombie without make up...
Also, I believe that cooper blonde is my haircolour! I use the Garnier Color Sensation 8.04 .
What do you think?
